Acceptable Usage Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules for using Overpath’s AI platform, agents (including “Molly”, "Mac", and others), and related services. By using Overpath, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited High-Risk Usage

You may not use Overpath for any activity that has legal or "life-critical" consequences where a human is not the final decision-maker. This includes:

Professional Advice: Generating individualized legal, medical, or high-stakes financial advice that would typically require a licensed professional.

Automated Decision-Making: Using the AI to make final, automated decisions regarding employment, credit scoring, or insurance eligibility without meaningful human oversight.

Law Enforcement: Using agents for predictive policing or facial recognition in public spaces.

Deceptive & Harmful Content

You are prohibited from using Overpath to:

Deceive Others: Generating "deepfakes" or impersonating specific individuals without their express consent.
Mislead as Human: Representing that AI-generated content was created solely by a human.
Harassment: Generating hate speech, promoting violence, or creating sexually explicit content.
Disinformation: Creating or distributing large-scale propaganda or intentionally false information.

Agentic & System Integrity

To protect the stability and security of the Overpath ecosystem:

No Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to extract the underlying prompts, model weights, or source code of Overpath’s agents.
Avoid "Agent Loops": You must not configure agents in a way that creates infinite loops or "spam" behaviors that overwhelm third-party APIs (e.g., Slack, Email, CRM).
No Jailbreaking: You may not intentionally attempt to bypass Overpath’s safety filters or "prompt inject" the AI to ignore its core programming.

Data Privacy & Compliance

Protected Categories: Do not input sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, biometric data, or sexual orientation) unless you have a specific agreement and the legal right to process it.

Scraping: You may not use Overpath to scrape data from websites or services in violation of those services' Terms of Service.

Enforcement

If we determine you have violated this AUP, Overpath reserves the right to:

Suspend your access immediately.
Report illegal activities to the relevant authorities.
Terminate your account without a refund.
